All of our items are handmade and custom-made to order, therefore we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
However, if you experience any issues with your order, please contact us—we are always happy to help and will do our best to resolve the problem.

Processing Time

Processing time varies depending on the item and level of customization.
Please refer to each individual product listing for specific processing details.

Shipping Policies

All items are custom handmade after payment confirmation, so please allow several days for production before shipment.

Once shipped, you can expect to receive your order within 3–30 business days, depending on your location and shipping method.

⚠️ Holiday Notice:
Orders placed 1–2 months before Christmas and New Year holidays may experience significant delivery delays due to high postal volume. Please consider this before placing your order.

If your package has not arrived within 30 business days after shipping, please contact us. We will submit a parcel search request with our local post office to determine its status and expected delivery date.

Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs, import taxes, or duty fees that may apply.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
